1. OVERVIEW

This Policy describes data processing across Cluster VPN, the account area, and Telegram bots. Only information needed to provide access, payments, support, security, and mandatory compliance is processed.

2. DATA WE PROCESS

Cluster VPN is not designed to retain traffic contents, browsing history, or user DNS queries. Network infrastructure providers may technically process limited network metadata required to transmit data and protect their systems.

• Telegram ID, username, first and last name, and interface language when supplied by Telegram;
• subscription, trial, product, payment, and transaction-status information;
• referral codes and bonus records;
• support messages, attachments, and ticket metadata;
• a protected session cookie, hashed network signals (IP address and network prefix without retaining their raw values), a hashed User-Agent, and minimal technical data needed to protect trials and the account area from abuse.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

• account creation, access provisioning, and subscription renewal;
• payment processing, status reconciliation, and plan fulfilment;
• support, expiry reminders, and operational communications;
• referrals, fraud prevention, and infrastructure security;
• contract performance, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. SHARING AND RETENTION

Information may be shared with Telegram, payment providers, VPN and hosting infrastructure suppliers, and other processors only as needed for the relevant function. Those providers act under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Data is retained while needed for the account, subscription, support, security, dispute handling, and mandatory records. It is deleted or anonymised when those purposes expire unless a longer period is legally required.

5. USER RIGHTS

Users may contact support to request information, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of prior consent. Requests are handled to the extent compatible with the active contract, security, and mandatory legal requirements.

6. SECURITY AND LIABILITY

Cluster VPN uses organisational and technical safeguards including verified Telegram authentication, protected cookies, access controls, and payment-notification integrity checks. Absolute security of transmission or storage cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for independent acts of Telegram, payment providers, network operators, or other third parties. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
