Terms of Use

1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms govern the use of Cluster VPN. Using the service, activating a trial, or paying for a subscription means that the user accepts these Terms.

A user who does not agree with the Terms must stop using Cluster VPN and confirms that they have the legal capacity required to accept them.

2. SERVICE

Cluster VPN provides access to virtual private network infrastructure, an account area, Telegram bots, and related features within the selected plan.

Subscriptions, trials, and additional traffic packages are provided for the duration and allowance shown at checkout. Locations, protocols, and individual features may change for technical reasons.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

The price and duration are shown before payment. The selected payment provider processes the transaction, and access is activated after successful payment confirmation.

Additional traffic is purchased separately for an active subscription. No automatic charge is made unless the user has separately and explicitly enabled it with the payment provider.

Refund and service-quality requests are handled with regard to the service already provided and mandatory applicable law. These Terms do not waive consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• use Cluster VPN lawfully and independently assess whether an intended action is permitted;
• do not use the service for attacks, malware, unauthorised access, fraud, spam, or infringement of third-party rights;
• keep the Telegram account, connection links, and access data secure and within the selected plan;
• provide accurate information required for payment, support, and performance of the Terms.

5. AVAILABILITY AND SUSPENSION

Cluster VPN takes reasonable measures to maintain stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every location, a particular speed, or the ability to bypass every restriction at all times.

Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, infrastructure protection, mandatory requirements, or abuse prevention. Material breaches may result in suspension subject to the circumstances and applicable mandatory law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cluster VPN is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, user decisions or conduct, third-party networks and systems, blocking, or outages beyond the operator’s reasonable control.

The user is responsible for the legality of their conduct and compliance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
